• Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before booking; by booking with NAIL RITUAL VIENNA, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you have time to check in, select personalized treatments, choose your colors or add-ons. Late arrival may result in the cancellation or shortening of your appointment.

• NAIL RITUAL VIENNA respects your time and we hope that you will also be considerate of ours. When an appointment is made, we set aside time with one of our technicians for you. Therefore, out of consideration, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior. Should you cancel or not arrive for a confirmed appointment three times, we will request full payment upfront for any future bookings. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late for an appointment, without prior notice or a call to notify our salon, your service may be subject to cancellation.

• We want to ensure all customers have the best experience while being treated at our salon. Should you have any dissatisfaction regarding the service received please let our management team know so we can help.

• At NAIL RITUAL VIENNA, we value our employees and take their safety, health and well-being seriously. We don't tolerate rudeness or disrespect and have the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves inappropriately. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions when necessary, with or without advance warning.

Please remember that Nail treatments are enhancements to your nails, they are not permanent but should last and remain beautiful for up to 2 weeks (or even longer) if you are careful and treat them delicately. We stand by our work and the quality of the products we use with the following guarantees.
• Regular Lacquer polish services are NOT guaranteed.
• Only full-set OVERLAYS & EXTENSIONS, Gel polish, and Dip manicures are guaranteed for 10 days after your appointment, EXCLUDING breakages. If you notice chips, peeling or lifting in the first 10 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Please note that any damages must be notified to us within 10 days and we may request a visit or picture of the nail(s) to determine repair needs.
• Repairs after 10 days; nails without nail art are $5 per nail and with nail art are $10 per nail.

• All gift certificate sales are final. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift certificates should be treated as cash, and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase. NAIL RITUAL VIENNA is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

• All cell phones should remain on silent and conversations limited while in service areas. We ask that all guests keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Children should be supervised and remain respectful to those receiving services around them. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate!

• Please advise our technicians of any medical conditions that may impact your treatment, such as sensitivities, allergies or diabetes, etc. prior to your service so we can do our best to care for you. We encourage open communication.

• NAIL RITUAL VIENNA is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

• We do not offer refund for any service. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact our store manager and if the fault is ours, we will do our best to fix the error.

• No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.

• Prices reflected/advertised online are our current pricing, these prices can be subject to change so please check online for our most accurate pricing. Pricing reflected on our hard copy menus at the salon may be outdated so we encourage asking one of our team members with any questions or checking our website for further information
